Employee Leads Form

Guidelines:

  • Leads must be submitted through the designated employee lead submission form, or communicated to a designated office team member (Chloe, or Arianna)
  • Only leads for new clients are eligible for the Sales Leads rewards.
  • Both new and existing clients’ leads are eligible for the Service Leads rewards.
  • Employees must adhere to company policies and confidentiality when interacting with potential clients.

Rewards:

Sales

  • $100.00 for sale closures under $7,500
  • $200.00 for sale closures from $7,500 to $15,000
  • $300.00 for sale closures over $15,000

Service 

  • $50.00 for service orders under $1,000.00
  • $100.00 for service orders over $1,000.00

Payment:

Once the contract is signed and the office receives the project deposit, rewards will be issued within 2 weeks.
